Hello everyone...a lil late to advise in forum...I got the email for invitation as well.
Can someone tell me what do we mention in UCI column ,- is it the confirmation which got generated thru cic interest form.
I'm in India currently ... perhaps if I can fill forms correctly can take it back home easily.

Hello guys, I am a little bit confused with the application, forms and details to sponsor my parent.
I live in quebec and I have seen some details to fill forms to get the CSQ , thus it is mentioned that I cannot fill the Quebec Kit and forms unless I am accepted first as a sponsor by the government of Canada. I am kinda lost, what shall I begin with and which forms I must fill and submit first.
Any response or help is appreciated.
Note that I am the only sponsor, I don't have a partner & I need to sponsor only my mom plus I received the invitation letter by email.

Also she doesn't have birth certificate but does have school certificate in English language . Will that suffice ?

Please give reference to the Form number and Section. There are two forms which have UCI .One for you as sponser and another for parents.

If you are able to get an affidavit mentioning all the three names belong to one person. Its the one and same person affidavit. My consultant ised it for my mother for the super visa.[/QU

Quebec process will come after sponsor approval and IRCC will send you an additional letter requesting to submit your undertaking to the MIDI. What you can do is get your parents to sign the CSQ request form (it’s the only Quebec form the sponsored person signs) and NOT DATE IT, then when the time comes you only have to date it and attach the remaining forms and documents

India do not issue National Identity Document.

In the Interest to sponsor form: Kantaben Patel
But in my birth certificate (sponsor birth certificate that has to attached), mother name is: Kanta Patel

I am wondering would CIC allow above discrepancy? If not, what other documents that I need to attached to prove that its same person (Kantaben Patel and Kanta Patel)

Hello Guys,

Can someone please provide a suggestion?

I have to add few affidavits in my application and just wondering, should I put original affidavit or photocopy?

And just wanted to confirm, All supporting documents like PR card, Passports, Birth certificate, marriage certificate are photocopies?

There is not even a single document which is original?

I think most people did not come up with that problem. I would suggest to make an affidavit and declaring it is the same name. Provide all other valuable proofs which will have her name. Such as Education certificates, Your Passport which have parents name. and write an explanation letter. You can consult any immigration consultant in India if they have dealt with similar situations.
