I am sponsoring 3 people. My parents and my brother who is 20. Do I need to fill the IMM008DEP form even though they are already on IMM008 form? Its very confusing

no, dont need, that form for people who has 5+ Dep

i have a silly question:
is it ok that i hand write some minor adjustments by hand for the forms that are validated?
for example national ID does not have expiry date, so i hand wrote N/A
the form does not take cellphone number properly so i hand wrote the number
would they consider this handwriting being not validated?

Original handwriten signatures are required. Otherwise application can be delayed or rejected. why you will want to take a risk ?.

Well I am not sure just for signature i have to Mail the document to India and from India my Parent will Mail all Forms to Canada. They only said Handwritten Signatures so I am not sure if they will allow printed sign or not but you have a point on why to take a risk.

My Mother is Widowed and she has no dependent. I assume i do not have to flli in Form IMM 0008DEP Is it right?

I just looked at mine again for you. It is printed at the back: Effective date of citizenship.

is your effective date including year month and date? on the card it had a weird 06 im not sure if that's anything useful, but my date only contains year and month, its from 2008

Maybe 10 years ago they didn't print complete date.

I made a serious mistake in the photos as I printed out myself in a rush to send it out quickly, it seems like I need to submit photo taken from a commercial studio with date on it. Canada post has not deliver the package yet, is there anyway to get the package rerouted back? Try calling Canada post the whole day but could not resolve this issue. Do they really reject the whole application if photo not taken correctly or can I update that later?

r u serious what was the rush for! FYI they will not start to process the applications until the deadline is reached to submit the applications is reached and that is june 28. Answer to your question yes it will be returned and will be waste of your time and money. again i dont get what was the rush for!

Question on Form 5476E for Appointment of Representative

I am thinking to represent my parents, so in question 7 , it ask for Name of FIRM and Organisation, their membership id etc.

But i am a family member and do not own a law firm, what shall i fill in.

I have the same question. I think we need to leave the Name of the FIRM blank as the Sponsor name is already given above.
But the mailing adress and email id will need to be provided. So, I am waiting to see others' response on this.

on imm5669e they ask about education details but what to write if there is no education? To Date field is mandatory

I am sure this would have been addressed before. Would appreciate if someone replies this. In the checklist it asks for proof of relationship as sponsors birth certificate. If we do not have birth certificate , can we submit passport instead which mentions the name of parents? Kindly reply. Thanks

Yes - you must include him as a dependent and include him in your family size count. I don't think you need an affidavit - I would include a simple LOE explaining what has happened. Shouldn't be an issue at all provided you still meet LICO.

One more question - I'm a co-sponsor on my wife's application. Would she have to include him in her family size count and as a dependent because I'm her co-sponsor? On one hand she is not biologically related to him and does not financially support him; on the other hand, if he's not listed on her application, her total number of persons (question 7) would not match my total as she can't list him in 4i-iv.

Invitation letter goes first.
The other barcodes, place them before each form.

Why before? The barcodes become a part of each form and those pages get a page number. I simply compiled the form's pages according to the page number it was automatically given after the form was validated and the barcode appeared
