Did you receive any notification/email when your application was sent to trinidad from Mexico?

so is it safe to say that the most applications that were transferred to Mexico are now being sent to Trinidad visa office?

I applied since 2015, then won the appeal October 2018, medical request received January 2019
After that nothing from them
I live in Trinidad

no I have not received anything. Still waiting on PA eligibility to start. it just says in process and will advise when they start.

medical was submitted March 7 and passed March 13. it took some time to get back the medical results. ( to send to IRCC) The medical was done on January 19.

My file went from Canada to Mexico. I was then emailed by Mexico to submit passport to the visa office in GUYANA. It was then sent it to Trinidad. It will return to GUYANA from there
