Second AOR, social assistance and welfare.

Am a second round PGP. Oct 2018 first AOR and now My file is showing in process 28 jan 2019. Most people from my timeline got medical passed and some of them even got visa. I called them and the agent told me that the visa officer has send a letter to province about any social assistance or welfare me or my spouse ever received, which we never had. So I was wondering any idea how long they will take to verify it or should I call them again and ask about it. .

Your file is being processed at a normal speed. There are long stretches where you hear No need to call.
