Depending on where u applied LMIA at the processing time differs.. BC takes longer at this point.
You can check your NOC number through Google, that clarifies what classification you fall in.
Also , IF u fall un the 10 days bracket and ur application hasn't been updated for the past 3months atleast, my advice is talk to your MP in that area, they would ask you to tell your employer to call them before they can help u out.. they would call immigration office directly and if one of your documents is not been filled properly or something is wrong they can update your employer to submit extra documents.. this is what ususally happens if you haven't heard anything yet after having your file number...
