Trv refused of famiky tonattend wedding

Hope you are fine.my familyvrefusal reasons are below.
1: based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
2: based on limited employment prospects in your country of residence
3: based on your personal assets and financial status.
As my wife is house wife.i have 3 daughters all are under 14 and 2 were accompanying me for this visit one has to stay pakistan.
I showed my tax returns and wealth statment
My bank account for last 1 year with heavy transactions through out and last balance was around $ 17000 cad
My chamber of commerce papers
My nephew wedding invetation cards
In which one card with the host names of my daughters for Mehndi event
Hotel .hall and park booking for wedding events officially
Invetation letter of my brother notarized
Frc for relation proof of my family with my brother
My property tax paid papers
My business employee registration papers
Travel history turkey 1 saudia 3 times
My daughters school letter for holidays allowed for canada visit
Rest i donot have bank acount of wife and children no property on there name.
Because they donot need money in cash.my wife has lot of gold and bonds which we cannot proof in papers

2. You have not proved that you have active and compelling work commitments to return to. You have submitted only financial documents for your business.

3. How old is the daughter who won't be accompanying you and why won't she be traveling? Who will she be staying with?

4. Maybe the second daughter (not the mehndi event one) should not apply for a TRV at this point in time.

5. Has your family met your brother and his family in Pakistan?

6. Have other immediate relatives been invited from Pakistan or other countries for the wedding? Have they been granted TRVs?

7. Based on your post, almost all the evidence is for your business financials.... but nothing that proves your wife and daughters have ties and/or reasons to return to Pakistan after a short visit

1: My wife and daughters have not US visa.

2: I showed my active business to show I will return with employs registration letter from government of Pakistan

3: the daughter who is not accompanying us is 7 years old and she will stay with my wifes brother or my sister any one of them .

4:my 1st and 2nd both daughter's are host at Mehndi event their names are mentioned on wedding cards ( Mehndi event )

5:yes my brother and his family meet us after 1 to 2 years we live together in Pakistan one home.

6:yes all family are invited from Pakistan like my sisters, my nephews mothers brothers and sister and one of my late brother family who also live with me i will also apply next week for tem .my niece of late brother is already in Canada as a daughter in law of my eldest brother (whose son has wedding)and she moved last march to Canada after marriage and she is on PR. one of my sister is in USA she and her husband and 2 daughters have purchased tickets already from USA to Canada to attend wedding .me nephew mothers sister is also attending wedding from USA.one of my sister will also apply from Pakistan.

7:I only showed my daughters school letter for holiday from summer camp. there is noting to show about my wife ties I think main thing is that our youngest daughter will be in Pakistan.

should I apply for USA visa for them or not before re-applying Canada trv again .or guide me what to do.

Is it a cultural thing for the young cousins (of your nephew) to host the mehndi event? Or does the invitation also mention the names of your other nieces and nephews (for example, the children of your sister or the children of your deceased brother who live in Pakistan)?

Yess its culture to be host on mehndi event and offcourse my sisters daughter name is also mentioned on invetation card of mehndi. And the name of my deceased brothers son is also mentioned on lunch event invitation card totally there will be 3 functions with 3 different days.

2. It was the same for your wife and daughters' applications too. Before any of us could advise you, you had already submitted their applications. Result? Their TRV refusals could have been avoided.

3. Your wife and both your daughters (who want to travel) do not have strong visa applications. Their ties/finances are weak/non-existent + all their ties revolve-and-involve you.


So, what's the solution?
IMO, you should consult a good immigration consultant (someone who would genuinely prepare the paperwork in a methodical-convincing manner and who has good English language skills).

I can suggest pointers for their applications which your immigration consultant can work on. But, I do not recommend that you prepare their visa applications on your own again

Hello Bryanna .one information needed from you.if we apply trv paper base application in Pakistan dose Islamabad high commission send original papers to Abu dhabi Canadian high comission or they scan in Pakistan and send soft copies to abu dhabi?

Thank you for repley If i apply again for family on paper base application to join wedding of my nephew .because in paper base we can submit more papers to make case strong we can send more avidenc .because when we load papers online we have limets and quality is also bad when we reduce size of files in pdf.
