I am from Ahemadabad, Gujarat, India. Right now, my file is processing in Mississauga, Ontario.They sent me one email for biometrics payment but I didn't get biometrics instruction letter. Actually, they send biometrics payment letter. But that's not biometrics instruction letter and I booked my appointment for biometrics on May 1, 2019. Suddenly today, I knew about the letter is not biometrics instruction letter. I just made a payment on April 16, 2019 for biometrics but they didn't send biometrics instruction letter before my appointment. Can you please help me with that? And please help me what should I do next?

Just wondering if I can get help for question 5 education history on form IMM 5669. There is no education history for my spouse but yet I can't leave it blank. I can put 0 in the number of school years completed and N/A in most of the fields but the From and To date can't be left blank or add N/A to it anyone know what to do?

My husband is Canadian and I’m Greek (currently living in Greece) so he’s going to sponsor me for a PR. Could you please clarify some things for me?

• Can we apply for an Inland sponsorship if I go to Canada on a visitor’s visa since I don’t have a temporary work permit or do I have to be already working in Canada to apply for this type of sponsorship?
• If yes, while waiting for the PR can I travel outside Canada for vacation or am I not allowed to leave the country even for a short period of time?

i need your help with the spousal sponsorship application.
This february, i got married to my girlfriend who i have been with for over a year and the wedding was in Tanzania. I am now preparing the package of PR application. I have what I would call most supporting documents to support our relationships including; marriage certificate, 20 different pictures, skype video calls for like 8 months, whatsapp chat screen shots (atleast 2 for each month), transaction statement of money i have always sent her since June 2018. screenshots of social media posts etc.
Now my question is
1. With our whatsapp messages having atleast 60% of it in english. Do i still need a certified translations for the rest of 40%?
2. Can i have more pictures than the required 20?
3. How much is too much and how much is less?

I came here on a visitor visa, asked for the maximum stay of 6 months. I wasn't able to work but as you're already spouses you can apply for permanent residence straight away.

You can apply for an open work permit as part of the application. So you can work once you get provisional acceptance for your application.

You send the OPW application in the same pack as the PR application.

One thing I can't stress enough is ensure that everything is checked over and over again so you don't get delayed.

I had to provide my police certificates up-front but I didn't realise they were required at the time until everything was sent back. That's set me back about 2 months.
My gf is Canadian
I'm British and we're common law and have applied for PR to Quebec.

My wife has been in Canada for about 4 months staying with me, can we apply outland/inland if she overstays her allotted 6 months here?

As she still has valid status, why are you even asking about overstaying?? Just maintain her status.

If you have applied in-land for permanent residency, you have implied status until a decision is made. So you should be ok.

I've applied for common-law sponsorship and my tourist visa extension is good anyway until the end of June 2019. But due to the application I'm good now until a PR decision is made.

Applying for PR does not grant status. It is the OWP app that can be included with the inland app that maintains status.

Hi, have some questions.

I am in the process of sponsoring my husband inland Canada. I received a letter confirming that I been approved to be a sponsor which outlined my responsibilities as a sponsor. In this letter it stated that they will contact my husband separately.

What does this mean? How much longer will it take for us to know the final decision? Do we still need to do a interview?

Some background info: my husband already passed the medical, he is not required to do figure prints and he submitted all needed documents. The sponsor application started processing in Nov.2018. File was transferred a couple days ago.

This is very stressful, my husband en I have been married for a year en half now. We want to have a baby but dont want to just jump into it just in case we dont get approved.
