The processing time has been increased from 20 to 35 days so many people are facing this issue. You will get an update this month for sure

but I thought this counter starts after your documents have been accepted and your evaluation is in progress......
but I have not even reached that stage yet

Your documents were accepted when GNDU replied on email, I guess this month only.

No, waiting for IELTS result

No the documents were not accepted. When gndu replied to the email, they changed the status from “on hold” to “in progress”

Yeah, it changes to In progress only. Now it will update to "Due for completion" after few days.
