IRCC do not have access to the files that are already in VO. Better send an enquiry to Visa Office without any hope of getting a reply back.

I have already sent many webforms to IRCC and they have always replied and helped me in updating information on my file. VO never responded to any of my webforms till date since January. So good luck with sending webforms to VO

Hi, we just got DM on PA and "background check started on our application". No Pre-Arrival message yet.

Will we get a Pre-Arrival message today or tomo, followed by PPR in the next few weeks or a month? How did it work for other people?

Background Check started: 17/04/2019

NO AOR2 or File Transfer email, helpline informed me that file was transferred on 15/01/2019 to NDVO.

EDIT: AOR and everything came from Mississauga CPC

Hi Yes you have to pay upfront. Its PR fees.

They suspect that most of us are FAKERS but they dont realize that real fakers show fake guests with more no. of guests and and both side parents present in the name of REAL GURU . those fakers not only cheat ndvo but GOD too,,sadly they are all 99% successful. NDVO should change few things re; investigations/doubts/ interviews but we dont care we are100% honest
