Does one year of Income Tax return file is valid to apply for student visa for Canada?

There isn't any rule prohibiting you from applying in SDS again.
Should the funds be 4 months old? They were 8 months old in my grandmother's account. Agent said me to mention in sop that grandmother has already funded you

Thanks. Also last time I provided my grandmother account statements which had 18 lakhs inr. I mentioned that my grandmother is funding me. But unfortunately my visa got denied and I applied for caips and I didn't get any financial reason.
my agent said me that grandmother funding would create confusion. So transfer it in your account. So I transferred 4 lakhs in my account. I also got refund in my account making it 10.5 lakhs total. But these are only 1 month old whereas they were 8 months old my grandmother's account. Is that a problem
In SDS it is not an issue, since you are paying most of the fees upfront.

You should have a bank statement which shows the inflow of the money from your grandmother and any payments should be made from that account only. You should mention in the SOP how you were funded.

I will attach mine and her account statements. I will pay my 1 year fee from her account only and I will maintain 10.5 lakhs in my account until I get visa. Is that good to go?

Make all transactions in one account and use the bank statement of that in visa filing. GIC and 1 year fees along with bank statement is good enough for SDS visa.

I will keep my 10.5 lakhs as it is as they are only 1 month old in my account

18 lakhs were 8 months old in her account but in my account the funds are only 1 month old including refund amount making it 10.5. Hope that 1 month doesn't make problem. I will attach both bank statements . Is thag okay?

If i use my account then the funds won't even be 1 month old and if I use my grand mother's then there will be only very less amount to show

Under SPP you could only apply once. SDS is an extension to SPP and it's my guess that you can apply once. I am short of time to go through SDS guidelines. Google for it and see if my guess is wrong
