Hello All,

After months of waiting I finally got an email which I think is the passport request:

"Dear <Name>,
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa.
...."

In the body of the email, they are asking me to submit my passport in the visa center.

Questions:
1. In the change in circumstances, it says there
"STEP 1: CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES:
....
- Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number."

I have three mobile numbers, and one of them I have deactivated already. I can't remember exactly which number I've used in my application. Any guidance on how can I check it?

2. Also, they are asking me for a photo
www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

I had my photo taken months back before application submission. Do I need a new photo or can I use that photo from about 8 months ago?

Any other watchouts?
I'm hoping that this is finally it and really would like to thank everyone who helped with all the guidance :)

Congratulations!
1. You can check your forms and the content you entered by logging into your EE profile, and following the instructions from this link:
A Trick to See Your Submitted Forms
2. If you use a photo from 8 months ago, IRCC will find out. As per the instructions, the photographer has to provide his information along with the date the photograph was taken. If you do not stick to their specifications, IRCC is known to reject the photos and will ask you to resubmit (adding to a delay which is not worth it!)
