Are these forms going to be filled up by both the sponsor and his common law partner? Please we need your advice. It is quite confusing. Thank you in advance!

You can input your information, and have them fill out the rest for the 1344. 5532 Is sponsor only.
(In all honesty I filled out all the paperwork and we both went over it to ensure no errors and then signed everything) Make sure the sponsor signs where they need to, and PA signs where they need to.

I am doing the 1344 right now. On the section about my previous marriage it asks for her (my ex) name. Do they want her maiden name or her new married name?

The document check list asks that the 1344 be signed by the sponsor and principal applicant. 2 questions: 1.Do we both need to fill out and sign a 1344 each or is it enough to have 1 completed copy signed by both parties? 2.Do they need to have the original signature or can it be scanned,emailed, signed by the PA and emailed back?
