Got my PPR yesterday evening.
My timeline:
AOR August 20th
Medicals passed around September (IP1)
Then in November my eligibility was RR due to a NOC change from ITA to AOR.
April 5th my profile changed to IP2
April 9th - PPR email.

Hope you guys receive yours really soon as well!!

Thanks Danny for the insight. I hope to hear from CIC soon. Ran out of patience already and no idea why everything is taking so long. I was at least expecting the work permit to approve.

Often they are processed together, you shouldn't be worried.

Are you sure they issue CoPR in Lagos? I remember a friend of mine from Nigeria sending her passport to Ghana for CoPR.

I think I can submit in Lagos, @tobs and others that knows, kindly clarify.

Congratulations! Did you see msg PPR in CIC account? And have you got ghost update before PPR? I checked CIC account everyday during 8 months and nothing changed after biometric

you submit your passport to the VFS in Lagos, the VFS transmits it to the visa office in Accra for Visa & COPR

I called CIC and found out the following:
Eligibility: met
Security and criminality: not started
Last update on my profile: 28th Sept
Still stuck in IP1
I inquired whether any additional docs are required. The lady said no. Your case is in queue for review by your case officer. What can I expect? How long does it take to perform security and criminality? Thanks.
