I got my AIP recently...and wonder how long might take?
Hello Everyone,
Our Eligibility has started yesterday and Today I see Decision Made on both sides in On-Line Services website.
I still see no change on the GC Key, Can you please guide us on the further process.

Our TimeLine as Follows:
Application sent : October 4, 2018
Application received : October 9, 2018
AOR received : October 26, 2018
PR linked : October 26, 2018
OWP linked : October 29, 2018
MR Received: December 14, 2018
MR Done: December 17. 2018
MR Passed: December 28,2018
Background Processing: Jan 17, 2019
OWP: Feb 4, 2019.
Ghost Update: March 21, 2019
Eligibility started: April 9, 2019
Decision Made: April 10, 2019.

Now is the waiting game, until we receive a landing interview call from local office. I have same issue no update on GCKEY, but on ecas shows dm both side. yesterday I spoke to cic rep, she informed everything is complete I have to wait for the phone call or an email.

We are October 11 applicants, and received AIP today. Still waiting to hear about SA, and I believe the background check is still in progress.
I got a ghost update today. Application received Oct 25, AOR Nov 9. Medical was sent upfront, but I think it was approved around Jan 15, and background check started sometime in mid-February.

I got a ghost update today. Application received Oct 25, AOR Nov 9. Medical was sent upfront, but I think it was approved around Jan 15, and background check started sometime in mid-February.

We have almost the exact same timeline, so I’ve got my fingers crossed that I get some good news soon too!
Congratulations to everyone who’s heard from CIC. I am getting another ghost update today again, I don’t know why this. Did anyone get ghost updates twice?
