I don’t believe they will increase ITA to 3900 because they send more ITAs than last year. They are sending enough ITAs to reach there target.

Last year till April 3rd they sent 17500 ITAs and this year they sent 22550 ITAs. So no chance of 3900 ITAs.

Everyone who is in range of 430-447 please increase your score by November because If conservatives will win the election they will make it more difficult. People here always think my suggestions are negetive but they are rite. I am not saying I am 100% rite but I follow CIC from 2015 .

in my opinion CIC does things we cant even think of. No explanation why b2b draw and drop 438 in Jan such early in the year. So lets hope something good like that happens again

My score is 443 and all i can do is wait at this point because my ielts is L:9 S:7.5 W:7 R:7. I cant reappear for ielts and risk losing the 9, just to improve the other sections as listening is core. And there is no other way i can increase my score. My score will only increase if i cross the 3 years experience mark which wont be until oct 2020

In listening weather u get 8 or9 will be the same score so you can try again and improve other sections

I don’t see b2b draw will reduce CRS to 438. Even with one B2B score will remain above 445 as now there are almost 4000 people in between 440-450. Plus you don’t know when will be the B2B draw. It might be the next one (than it might go to 446-447) or it might be after 4-5 months than CRS will be around 448-449

And if you n improve in reading up to 8 and and writing up to 7.5 you will get 6 more points. And try to keep listening at 8.5

I'm in the same boat as you are, buddy. My 3 years experience will also be completed in Aug 2020, which will boost my points to 469, but by then my IELTS will be expired. Waiting for that long doesn't seem reasonable.

I agree. Bad luck for you Nik, but seriously look at me..I'm at 443, turning 37 on 27th April, already masters CLB 9..I can't do anything.Post 27th I'll be at 438 ..Somewhere down the line u can make it..

Ohh! That's really sad. I still believe that you can improve your scores by getting the CLB 9? Why don't you give it a try.
Honestly speaking, now 444 doesn't seem a safe score to me. So, I'm looking forward to give the IELTS again this month.

If your 2nd attempt for Ielts is worth than the 1st one you can still use your 1st Ielts results for express entry, correct?

I'm stuck at 446 with IELTS L9 R8.5 W7 S9. Booked my IELTS for this Saturday to increase 3 points to take me to 449. This would be my third attempt to improve my writing scores.

Thank you, what I dont understand is how comecome pe with 451 are still in the pool before Jan 9,2019 tie breaker when there was draw in Jan 29,2019 for 438 as they would have got an ITA

They would have declined the ITAs due to some reason or their work experience would be due for completion, anything could be!

Does anyone know how tie-breaking rule is 9th January, 2019 when the lowest score during 23rd Jan and 30th Jan was 443 & 438 respectively? Shouldn't the profile with score greater than 443 in the pool since 9th Jan should have been cleared with 23rd/30th Jan draw?

I have been noticing this for the past few draws. There appears to be a sudden influx of old profiles but with higher score after 30th January, 2019. I am surprised that how come so many people got their revised upwards during first few weeks of February.

I think someone might have already discussed this earlier and I have not been able to find the explanation on the forum.

It’s possible if the person rejected or never accepted the invitation. If he or she does either one of them, then the person will be considered for the next draw. I hope this can helps you understand.
