I was requested for ADR RCMP on Jan 22nd and i submitted my doc's on Feb14th.. since then my adr status says documents you have provided are uploaded.

How long does CIC take to review the ADR..Please help me to understand my situation.

After the documents have been uploaded, it can take 3-5 weeks fr them to be added and more time before they are reviewed.

After you have filed your application you can quit your job and it will have no impact on the processing of your application. However, to continue to stay in Canada, you have to be in status.

So something a bit weird happened. In January of this year, I raised a CSE for an update on my application (AOR June 2017). I knew csis were done with my file by then and had sent back their recommendation to cbsa. I received a reply on my email the next day from LVO that my application is still undergoing background checks. So I assumed CBSA hadn’t yet sent it back to CIC. Since then, I haven’t raised any CSEs or status inquiries.
But oddly enough, I receive a message today on my cic portal, and it says that its a reply to my inquiry, and that my application is currently under review.

Why would they send me an update I didn’t request? And since they didn’t mention background checks, is it safe to assume that part is finally over?

After the security reports are in, the application i set for final review before the PPR is sent. If this is final review, then you are almost there.

The Primary office is usually the CIO. Central Intake Office - Here, the R10 (completeness check) is done at the Central Intake Office for all classes (FSW / PNP / CEC). Now even the criminality and medicals are done at CIO.

The eligibility may start here, but concludes at LVO.

My Aor is July 27th and I am stuck in "criminality in progress" (eligibility passed and security not started). I ordered notes twice and both look exactly the same.

I have no criminal records. I lived in Vietnam because of my work and submitted the correct PCC (following the instructions given on CIC website) and the translation process was taken care by a vietnamese law firm nominated by the Vietnamese National Center for Criminal Records. My brazilian pcc is also correct and it shows I am cleared as well.

I raised a CSE showing emails that I exchanged with the vietnamese government employee and her indication to this law firm in order to prove they are serious. I don't know if they are having trouble with the vietnamese pcc translation and I am thinking about ordering another translation from a canadian registered translator and submit it.

What do you suggest me to do? Do you think I should act proactively and submit a new translation or should I wait for them to request something? I am worried they will delay my process for no aparently reason.

My AoR is 31st March, 2018. Applied under OINP pnp. Paid rprf on 23rd April and went into IP2 at around 06 July, 2018.
Had ordered GCMS notes in September in which agent had moved case to review required at sydney office CB01126.
The agent has added the comments stating that: PA meets minimum requirements of 12 months of work experience. PA did not provide current LOE. Job offer letter and promotion letters were provided. Letters from employer do not include a list of duties. PA provided his own statutory declaration in which he lists his duties as an Application Engineer. PA was promoted to Product Support Specialist on 2017/04/01. Payslips were provided. PA meets education requirements.

I had left my previous company on 23 April and post gcms had requested job duties letter from my previous company which they provided in September, however my consultant advised me not to add that document to the case as IRCC did not requested it. Now a year has been over for my case as well my and spouse medical has expired on 19 March 2019 and there is no progress on my file. IRCC mentioned that eligibility is still under review.
I asked my consultant to upload the job duties letter now, however they advise that job duties letter is dated in September and not to upload it, as its old.

Do you suggest to upload the letter with an LOE, help my case? Will a job duties letter dated in September will be an issue to IRCC?

I lended money to my cousin who is in Canada i gave him around $8000 he gave me a month before aor. If CIC ask me or if i want to explain how should i proceed.
Do i need to provide each transaction in and out to my cousin or should i produce an agreement letter from advocate?

How do you get the points for job in express entry profile,if you are on post graduation work permit and have a valid job offer. Somebody told me as you are on PGWP you can get your 50 or 200 points depending on the job you are doing without the LMIA as PGWP is a LMIA exempt permit.
The final question is how do you fill the section (Information about the Labour Market Impact Assessment) inside the work history in express entry profile to get the work points. anybody help
