Hello everyone. I got an email to send an additional document via a link i have been uploading it and its not accepted yet. What should i do?

What do you mean by its not accepted? How do you know it hasn't been accepted. If your gckey still shows as "document required" pay no attention. It can take them a very long time to update gckey.
U are damn right my friend , had the same problem long time ago and still no changes on my GCkey. They requested for additional documents since June 2018 and I submitted what they asked for within the stipulated time and btw u and me up till now on my GCkey it still remains the same thing after like 9 months since I submitted what they requested for. It makes my wife so imbalance when she tries to check if it has changed or not,but hell no it remains the same as if we never submitted what was required from us and we still waiting for medicals after we had gotten sponsor approval since August 2018. We stuck on PA eligibility for over 8 months now .
How do you know it's not accepted?
I got notified that I was eligible to sponsor last year, still reads "checking eligibility". Useless
