So i'm in Canada on a temporary visa, applying for a student visa. I was told to apply in paper to LA and pay for the biometrics fee and wait for a letter telling me where to go, to do it. A couple of months passed and it was returned 'incomplete' citing lack of biometrics... So i call up again and now im being told i have to go back to my home country to do the biometrics.

Australia is a fair way away to go for a photo and fingerprints. Is there any way i can do these 'damned' biometrics without leaving Canada?

Any help appreciated!

Thanks.

1. If you have a US visa, you can have it in the US for application support centers (ASCs) in the United States and its territories see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/where-to-give-biometrics.asp
