I agree with this:

My Timeline :

Application received: Feb 13, 2019
AOR1 - Mar 21, 2019
Biometrics - Mar 22, 2019
Medical request - Mar 22, 2019

Any estimate how much longer after Medical is done?
Not to rain on any parades here, but the early part is the part that usually goes very quickly. It's once you get through that early processing done in Canada and your file is transferred to your actual VO that you have no choice but to just twiddle your thumbs for months on end in silence (unless you end up in Mississauga, that is!). Enjoy this bit while it lasts, when every day it seems like there's a new update! :p

Visitor's visa
My husband too apply for visit visa and had biometrics. It says in the letter that it is only valid for her TRV but on our gckey account, bio for his TRV is being link too on his PR application. It really confuses us. Did you receive an email from IRCC that your husband does not newd another biometrics and that the 2015 is already valid for his PR app?

I haven't received SA as yet, but we got medical request. On ECAS under sponsor, it says decision made.
Did not get anything nor any update on ecas yet after AOR. I dont want to panic because its still too early but cant help to overthink sum days as most of the applicants who had AORs already get updates days after receiving it.

No I didnt but on our CIC account there is a date there, so I am assuming he won't need it. Its has a 10 year validation period.

For those who were not able to link their applications,
I was in same boat and finaly it worked out.

I gonna tell u how, i believed that some of the date were inserted uncorrectly, so i kept trying on ECAS, with receipt number and pa info.
I kept putting different names in the last name, different combinations, till finally my application poped up! So now i knew which date And info were inserted exactly. Then i used it on gckey and was able at that time to find and link application bu PA info..
Best of luck all :)

Biometrics:
  • Biometrics Number: 000008888888888888
  • Date of Biometrics Enrolment: ************************
  • Expiry Date: *********************
This is what I see online so I am assuming he won't need to do the Biometrics

what do you mean different names a combinations? my PA just has one first name and one surname.... thus only able to input the 'one surname' they own. PA does not have a middle name.

Well, i dont knwell i dont know
Just keep trial and error on ecas till it works.
There is a chance that ur date were not inserted into the system exactly as u sent it, so keep guessing and teying.
Thats how it worked with me.
