Unable to Track return PPR envelope - URGENT HELP!!!!

Hello,

Is anyone having issue while tracking return Canada Post envelope??

I was told by a cic agent that my passport has been dispatched from Ottawa on 18 March. I'm trying to track using tracking number and not able to track at all. It just says "We didn't find the item..."

btw, I'm a CEC inland applicant.

I actually talked to Canada Post but they told me they haven't received it. Also the cic agent told me that "it's not only me that isn't able to track the package, there are other applicants having the same issue."

In that case I guess you'll have to continue to wait. It will arrive soon. Hang in there
