My application will be 12 months in two days since it’s delivery, without a test invite. Security & criminality checks have been completed but immigration checks have not been initiated; according to my GCMS notes. I hope the invite comes in soon. My application is in Mississauga btw.

FYI, same boat here, appliaction sent in march, in process may 30 and FP requested February 12th.

I ordered my GCMS notes and also contacted my local MP to see if they could get a much detailed update.

A recent activity on your file (FP request l) sounds like a good thing to me. I’m hopeful that the next step for you will be the invite.

Its all your luck. My Application February and still pending. I called them no issue at all waiting for test.
Many people applied in February & March still pending and they are waiting for test invite.

In the test invitation, asked to bring all passports including old ones. So should we take the ones more than 5 years old also? (In the application set, they had only asked only upto 5 yrs old which are relevant to the eligibility period.)

I think its a good step as well but still hard to make an idea of what is really happening,

I like the Fact you mentionned FP I as some applicants gets FP 2x...

no , only the old one that has the stamps for the last 5 years ...
They will want to confirm the stamps and the travel periods you had informed in your process .

They did it with me.

Thanks. They just checked the Oath invite letter and the PR card. They will keep the PR card.

They only asked us for our PR card and COPR and the invite.. then they assisted us to our seats. The seat number is on the invite on the first page next to the date, location and time. It’s the #.

I thought I didn’t give my PR Card because I did not see it on the desk while she was checking my COPR. So I asked if she have it. She said they’re keeping the card. Haha of course! Silly me! They gave us back the COPR. We have to keep that for records. They did not check the passports anymore. But we still brought it with us.

Same boat here..my application is over an year now...early march applicant..no progress...all checks done
