Do you thing we should try or we should withdraw? Our punctuation is 446.
If we proceed and we not succeed, do you thing they will refund our money?
Thanks. Anne.
In case they say you don't have some documents in your application, then your payment will be refunded, full amount.

From the answers I've read in other threads, as long as you provide proof that you applied for the PCC with some sort of receipt and letter of explanation, more than likely you would receive an extension.

It has gotten to a point that there is a large volatility is inflow of applications - varying from 180 per day to 240 per day.

Future is completely unpredictable; however, in the next draw, there could be a downward push because no IELTS result would fall between last draw and next draw. The next IELTS result is on 5 April, whereas the next draw is scheduled for 3 April. The previous IELTS result came on 15 March which was absorbed in the 20 March draw. There are of course computer based tests but I am not sure how many applicants are writing them.

Therefore, we can expect CRS cut-off to touch 449 or 450 but nothing is certain.

Really interesting. My feeling is that CB IELTS is becoming more popular, which is directly influencing CRS score to go up.

By the way, I saw your msg in the previous "ray of hope" thread about your coming B-day. Have you decided if you are going to take the IELTS again yet?

Well, in that case you shouldn't take a chance. You never know when the next time you gonna make it, based on the current trend of draws with higher cut-off points. If you think you're unable to claim your PCC anyhow, then just get your Letter Of Explanation ready and use this receipt as a proof document.
Moreover, declining the current ITA and waiting for another will cost you almost 2-3 months!

This time I'm damn sure, the next draw will be in your favor. Just be ready with your post ITA documents. Accept my heartiest congratulations in advance, Mate! Good luck!

What about computer based IELTS?? And not only IELTS Affects score. There are other factors as well which will increase there score. And ya one more thing don’t forget Inland applicants they also give Celpip exam.

I will have 450 with my work experience on 6th August, I thought I will be fine before, but seeing this year's trend and the upcoming election, I'm not sure anymore.. Will it be safe for me to wait until August or sit for another IELTS and try to reach to 453? :(

I'll surely accept your congratulations on 03 April if stars align in our favor. All my documents are ready; in fact collecting dust. My PCC was done in Dec 2018 and I may have to do it again if invited. Work experience letters are dated Dec 2018 and Jan 2019.

Now we are pretty sure that large influx was not a temporary phenomenon; in fact a precursor to a long-term trend. Canada has become very attractive lately with an increase of at least 30 percent in average number of applications.

Try to increase IELTS even though it is expected to go below 450.

Yes, I already mentioned that computer based IELTS is there too; however, paper based has not become extinct yet. There are still lots of people going for paper based.

To your other point regarding inland applicants, I reckon most of them give IELTS in comparison to CELPIP.
