If my friend got 454 in the system base on 2 years work experience. However his real 2 years work experience is March 29, 2019 , can he take this invitation and submit everything after March 29?

From my understanding, no. He needs to have 2 years of experience at the date of receiving the ITA.

However, there were members that got through. There's still a big risk. I would decline and wait for next draw especially with 454, your friend will definitely get it.

Its better he declines the ITA and wait for the completion of 2 years ...Better safe than sorry !

It's difficult for 440's guys ..I'm at 443 ...Seems like many high scorers in the pool still.

True.... interesting thing to note - 451+ scoring guys are getting into the pool like anything, the numbers are really crazy high.
On the other hand for 441-450 range, on 28th Feb count was 2050, on 14th March count is 2829... only 779 added in 14 days....
As per our analyst folks in ROH#113, for 451+ score each day around 150-200 were getting added.
I can only hope for it to get to 441..

This is absolutely fine. I have friends who have same case and pr successfully. If you are in 12 month and it’s your current job they consider it has one year exp. only thing is ask him to submit his app after March 29.

I don't think there will be any trouble, if your friend decides to submit his documents post the March 29!
Afterall, the 2 month document submission period is given for a reason!

I see, he is using the same job to count the 2 years work experience and he is only 1 week away the real 2 years.

He just afraid the score's trend will back to like few months ago...rise from 438 to 457 and never get down to 44x now. otherwise, he will try to take the next ITA as a safer bet too.
