Closer to not getting PPRYou know what's cool? Every week gone by without ppr is just another step closer.
Haha! Hey now, there's always two sides to a coin.Closer to not getting PPR
Yeah, I'm trying to project that positive angle on the case. Let's hope that next week will bring some positive news to all!Definitely!
U should be glad they ask u an ADR. At least, someone is looking to your file.
You were the 1st one (Sept AOR) I saw who is/was under RR and had an ADR requested.
I think they make it clear that they request all accounts you have opened in the bank, even if some of them are useless for the case (in my case, my foreign currency account is empty, but I listed it nonetheless).hi everyone,
am planning to update my POF due to currency exchange rate fluctuaions.
last time I used a current account to show the funds.
this time am plannig to show a savings plus account to show the new amount + gift deed from my mother.
the question is:
should the bank letter list ALL types of account that I have with them & the amount & currencies of each account?
or would it be sufficient for CIC to list ONLY the funds on the new savings plus account + a statement which will be less than 6 months in this case.
PLEASE HELP !
Hi,I think they make it clear that they request all accounts you have opened in the bank, even if some of them are useless for the case (in my case, my foreign currency account is empty, but I listed it nonetheless).
Are you updating the POF because of an ADR, or are you only being proactive?
I was asking, since I did the same, but they still asked for an updated POF ADR a few days back...Hi,
thanks for the feedback.
no they didn't ask for an ADR yer, am being proactive.
I am eagerly waiting for you GCMS notes which is dueWaiting for Divine Intervention
Even though my company's notice period is 90 days, I have decided not to resign until I see your PPR's coming inAs per the trend, I expected my application to be completed in April which makes it 150-160 days. Hence, I handed in my resignation too but now looking at how it may even go past 7 months. I'm seriously regretting it. I won't have a job from next month.
Getting PPRs late is perfectly fine as long you get proper updates every month. So you can actually move on with your life. Like your application is at this stage etc.
What makes it even worse is, you can't even trust the 6 month timeline now Instead all you're doing now is just hanging on to hope of uncertainty that it will come soon.
And they keep sending more ITAs to make it even tougher for them. Maybe in future, it will probably take 1-2 years to get PPR. They really need to update their website regarding the processing timelines as it's not 6 months anymore
Wise decisionEven though my company's notice period is 90 days, I have decided not to resign until I see your PPR's coming in
