I applied at VFS Chandigarh on 15th Feb, file reached at embassy on 18th Feb. Yet I haven't got any message from embassy (acknowledgement letter - application or UCI number) . Now it's been long ago , I'm worried .

No, when you check your tracking status at VFS website, it says your file is being processed at IRCC Delhi/Chandigarh office?
So my question is which embassy is your file being processed at?

Visa application, tracking ID No.********* has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2019/02/18
Sound's strange, I wonder why they're taking so long. I guess they are reviewing additional documents on your profile.

Yes , daily , I'm trying link my application with GCKEY but not successful as system shows we found no application.
