You need one job description letter from your company and it have your designation, working hour, salary and secription of what you do.

Better search for some sample job description letter for Canada PR and tell them to give in that format.
@anotherone11 & @Asiv adanac : Thank you so much for the valuable information and help. I contacted my HR and thankfully they gave me the letter (included my full name, title, salary, compensation/salary, address, signature and stamp of HR representative and job duties/responsibilities) within an hour. I raised a CSE and uploaded the document. After 2 hours, I call the CIC agent just to make sure they add the letter to my file and resume the processing. But the agent was very rude and told me that there was no need to attach the document unnecessarily without CIC raising such a ADR. He said that the officer will not review any documents that he/she did not ask for even though we send it via a CSE. Did I just happen to talk to a bad agent (or) is it like I violated the process by sending them documents without them asking ?
dnt worry about it. Everyone does it. It is better to provide whatever document is needed than to wait for ages for them to raise adr. Whatever document you upload they will look into it. Now you have to wait.

Hi People,

Hope everyone is doing absolutely great.

I have been a silent observer for ages now; I want to congratulate people who have gotten the COPR emails and also wish luck people who are waiting for one. I wanted an advice or rather an insight regarding my case because initially i thought it to be a very simple one but i guess management of canadian immigration think otherwise. So my 6 months processing time ended on 20th of February, and i am an applicant from Pakistan. After persistent calling I got through an agent on 7th March to inquire whether the delay is due to a discrepancy in my application or something else, but the agent assured that everything seems on track. She also sent an email to concerned Visa Office and they replied with an email stating the following:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.

Regards,
Stéphanie Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada | Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada Government of Canada | Gouvernement du Canada www.cic.gc.ca"

I am not sure whether this is a standard email reply or I should be concerned considering they asked me to basically stay under the leash. I will highly appreciate if anyone can just share their personal experience of what exactly does this mean
Hi there,
I am no expert, but to me this means you are in security screening. Because it mentions "additional verification"
You, should gcms notes to get a better idea.

No!
@AnxiousApplicant , don't get anxious! That is 100% a standard template. There is absolutely nothing to be drawn from it. If you want to know exactly your status, you need to order notes.

Hi, initially a document completeness check ( R10) is done at Central intake office, then a case analyst assesses eligibility and marks it as 'eligibility met ' or 'review rqd' etc etc in his/her preliminary report to the visa officer.

After this verdict is given by the case analyst, as a part of standard operating procedure, the file will be queued for review by the officer. It is the officer who will give the verdict as 'Recommended passed'.

If ur case processing centre is in Canada then ur golden email will be sent by CPC Ottawa however if ur VO is London or New Delhi, then these respective offices sends the golden mail across.

Cheers!! All the best!!
does it go for level-3 review after "recommeded passed" to get upgraded to "passed"? who does that?

Hi, the final verdict is given by the visa officer who will review the case, the summary report of the analyst, other intermediaries and according takes the final call.

I agree that this is a standard template. But it sounds like the standard template for some kind of screening.

This was my "standard template" response. Yours seems standard for some kind of screening.

We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process. While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible. Rest assured that we will communicate with you once a decision is taken. We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

Like I said, don't read into it. Unless it says your application is approved, it's useless. Both responses are meaningless templates.

Hi Andy
I do not know if you can create a immtracker for Quebec business category but if you can , it will be most helpful.
If there already exists one , if you could share the link .

QBC is the lengthiest at present with no clear cut guidelines or information available
The QBC applicants are left to fend for themselves .
With your vast knowledge and experience, if you could ,it would be helpful.
Thnx

Hi Guys,
I have a few questions. I received a PPR message in my express entry profile. Is that the right way of receiving the PPR? I heard they send an email instead of a message in the application.
The email says about eTA visa for travel for US citizens. My wife and I are Indian citizens but our son is a US citizen. We know that we need to submit our passports, do we need to submit our son's passport as well?
Thanks in advance.

Good day, altruists!

Received the 2nd Ghost Update on March 9; pindrop silence since then. Today is the last day of the week; really worried.

Did anyone receive PPR today?

Yes sir. A couple of hours ago. They have asked for my medical exam, which I uploaded on Monday. Today they sent a message in my profile.

Hi All,

I've been a member of this group since the day it was created! I'm genuinely happy that everyone here is always ready to help others. You guys are the best!
This is most likely my last post on this group and the forum in general. I received my CoPR stamped passport today. Not going to lie but it has been a long and trying wait to secure this Candian PR! I guess that is why I or rather all of us cherish it all the more.
I wish all of you the very best in your future in Canada and to all those who may still be waiting on their PPR. NEVER lose hope! its only a matter of time.
That being said, I bid you all adieu! Cheers to all of you and keep this helping spirit alive always!

SKW over and out!
