Hello friends,

I have a question on behalf of one of my relative who is going to apply. She has done Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts then LLB (Bachelor of Laws). Her assessment reports say,

Bachelor of Arts equivalent to Bachelor's Degree (Three Years)
Master of arts equivalent to MAster's Degree (Taught)
Bachelor of Laws equivalent to Bachelor of Laws.

What she should select in express entry profile for Bachelor of Laws??

Bachelor of Laws is a professional degree that needs a license in Canada so is that what she should select: a Professional Degree requiring License or it should be Bachelor degree.

Can anyone please help me so that I can let her know?? Thanks in advance.

I am working in a company and I was promoted to a new title but the same job, same responsibilities. Now:

I asked my employer for a reference letter and they will only mention my last position for the whole period of time! (6 years).

Example:

This is to certify that Mr. (Name) is currently working with (Company Name) as (My last title) since 2013.

...... etc

So, should I ask them to mention both positions or I just accept my last title for the whole 6 years?

You should ask you boss to list all of your position as well as your responsibilities.

• a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and

Hi all.. my husband’s wes status finally changed to “we are rewiewing your evaluation report”.. so I am hoping mine to be changed pretty soon now....

However, I have one urgent question... since we (most likely) be receiving our wes reports in April first week. And thats when we will create our EE profile. And with 449 score I might get ITA around june (as predicted by senior members here). So, now the issue is: my daughter’s pasaport expires March 2020...
Please suggest , if we should go ahead and get it renewed now? But then again if we submit the request, we will not be able to create EE profile without her new passport. And the renewal here in US tales 3-6 weeks average with NO tatkal service (as far as I know)

Please suggest the way around?

Thank you so much! Love your excitement. Umm to be honest haven't done a single thing. Just got my all my documents ready. Made my profile on IRCC website and got a score of 438 in the month of October 2018. Have been waiting since then. I dint even register with Job Bank. Today I finally got an invite from AINP!

Just heard of a story.. could be made up.. someone wanted to click on accept, but in excitement clicked on decline.. Don't be that person Best of luck!

I'm open to a debate if you have any data/analytics to support your view. I think today will be the last draw for this month and then we'll have another 3 week gap which will take the #114 draw to first week of April.

Could you share your theory? I want a draw to happen but my analysis says otherwise.
