Hi I am filipino granted as permanent resident in canada. I have a child minor and she's in the philippines . I'm going vacation to bring her in canada. Her passport has immigrant visa and confirmation for permanent resident already. Does she need to go to CFO? Or exempted because she's a minor.

Please if anyone knows about or the same situation please share it with me. I appreciate your help.

Hi, as per checking, it says minor 12 below do not need to get an appointment thus however has to register. You can check the cfo website and try to register your child. There's a guide on the website. Hope this info helps.

Hi! What if you input a wrong birthdaate and visa type during your registration in pdos? Will there be a problem? Please reply.

Hi you there thank you very much for your immediate response. I already received email from CFO and as you mentioned about minor doesn't need PDOS/PEER SESSION. Your right but they still register online in order to get the sticker affixed to her passport.

I can't believe it! It is been 10 months since the application was received until now there is no update yet

Is anyone here try to reach MVO? May i know their contacts?

Saw this on someones post. Maybe this can help. Hope you get updates soon.

Call them on +1 800 242 2100 if in Canada, or +1 613 944 4000 if outside Canada. The best days to call are Thursday/Friday.

July 3,2018..medical instruction
July 12, 2018..forwaded to MVO
July 23?2018..medical result received
October 2,2018..received pre arrival service

Until now no update
