Spoke with a really nice agent (thank God!) from IRCC and verified my parents names spelling, their DOBs, and birth country. It's the same as what I'm entering too. He was surprised too as to why I can't access ECAS!

So i speak to the agent and he said my landing paper is on the way if incase i didnt receive it in 10weeks(which i am hoping not to wait that long) i have to call them to give me the schedule on the phone.
Yes. He said he verified at etobicoke and told him it was sent we just need to wait

I had a dream last night that I log in to GCKey on March 14 and there is a positive update on my father's file. So I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that my dream comes true!
As far as my understanding, landing letter comes through email, if they have sent it, you already should had received it, doesn't make sense to me?
I guess lll received and email today or next day thats what he said. So well see.
Once you get the letter with appointment date you attend a 'landing interview' at the designated office listed on the letter.
They ask you a few questions, congratulate you on being 'landed'
