I am refreshing the page containing previous draws, instead of the current draw page because of two reasons:

1. I don't wish to overload the current draw page
2. I wanna know the event of results going out first, before the actual result

Btw, there is a "Date modified:" tag at the bottom of the page (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html)

It gets updated every Wednesday regardless of the draw has happened or not. Therefore to be 100% certain there is no draw today, just check if the the "Date modified:" has been updated to today.

Do you mean it got updated on Feb 27th (last Wednesday) also and was mentioned as 'Date modified: 2019-02-27' on Feb 27th?

You are factually wrong my friend. realted to "Date Modified"....I totally disagree with the above statement .Before posting please verify.

Yesterday and Feb 26 th there was a update on EE profile page realted to system maintenance , but still it is displayed as
Date modified: 2018-12-28

It’s a CMS system they use. System notices will not change page times.
