There is a high chance of refusal because you had a relationship with this woman before, during and after your married to the Canadian. I'm sure you can see why this is a problem - it makes it look like your marriage to the Canadian was fake. I would recommend that you work with a very good immigration lawyer (not consultant) when you file your application.

i don't know yet but i think cannadian imigration is kindly for families and i see that there is no doubt about my case, i was in relationship with my wife in canada, and understand that in my country was born my boy, i coudlnot to met him, because his mother felt blame herself because of my marriage, may be she wanted to be with me, and later met my boy who looks like me so much. aftter that destroied my canadian relations with my wife because of my unexpected life and now someone will tell me that it was easy for me? now i want help of clever mind.

Go get a lawyer because no one in here is going to teach you how to beat the system.
I've already provided you with my opinion. I don't have any further advice to provide. Canada does look fondly on families - but also does not like situations that look fraudulent.
You need to hire a very good (i.e. expensive) immigration lawyer in Canada. Yes - you need to hire this person before you submit your application. The lawyer needs to help you complete the application.
I dont want to sound mean here but honestly its because of people like you, they doubt genuine cases like mine. I have lived with my girlfriend who is my wife now and our relationship is in its 4th year and still CIC will take ages to make a decision to grant my wife permanent residency
