Congrats ! V Glad to hear that ND is moving ..Now may add those dates of Pre-arrival in Signatures So members do not ask you again and again
I have the feeling that most of applicants till August will be getting Pre Arrivals or PPR mail by end of this month.

The last communication I received from CIC states that if there is no further communication or decision on my application by 21st March 2019, I can contact them again. Today with BGC started status in GCKey gave me this positive vibe. I have applied for my second GCMS notes and should get it in couple of weeks.
Wow you ordered 2nd gcms notes and here I am still thinking if i should order one or not

My file has been transferred to ndvo since dec2018 and i sent them an email enquiring about my status update. The reply i got was :
your file is pending officer’s review.
Once the review is complete, our office will contact you with further instructions.
Can you explain the meaning of this reply.

I don't think it had any impact till date. When i raised my last case specific inquiry with CIC, I raised my concern about reuniting with my daughter.
My friend's application for sponsorship is just for wife and his application is already processed and visa issued.
