Btw wonder if your ordering CBSA notes got things moving, it certainly didn’t in my case.. Anyway, new set should arrive this week.Email them. Raise CSE, and bug them till they get you your ppr
If you are under SS, your file is not in CIC anymore, and it is CBSA and CSIS who work on your file. In that case, sending email to any of the offices wouldn't help. The only thing that you can do is waiting.
