As far I understand you are planning to come to Canada.that is great ! If you are eligible to study1 year postgraduation program go for it.but keep in your mind to chose a program which lead you to an open work permit after graduation.

Choose a 2 year program in a public DLI, that way you are sure to get a 3 year pgwp.

As far as 1 or 2 year diploma....I am quite confused.... I have got valid 3 year experience in India.... If I choose 1 year diploma and after that I am able to find a job in noc 0,A,B then after 1 year of jo. Experience...I will be to file PR IN JUST 2 YEARS in total.... But if I choose 2 year diploma then I will filing my PR in the 4 th year...
PS ...so confused ...am I right l/??

A one year diploma from an eligible DLI will fetch you a 1 year PGWP you may or may not be able to find a NOC O, A or B job immediately after you graduate so a two years diploma is advisable as you would receive at least a 2 year validity PGWP. Your work experience is worth zilch in Canada where emphasis is on " CANADIAN WORK EXPERIENCE". With at least a year worth of Canadian Work Experience you may qualify for a PR under the Canadian Experience Class category so it's always better to go for a diploma that gives you at least 2 years worth of PGWP.

Just advice due to your low grade getting admission in the university will be very slim.
I suggest you apply to colleges if you have work experience it will help your application.

Here is the link for colleges;
www.ontariocolleges.ca/en/apply/international-applicants

You can check the courses and colleges and email any about your qualification to know if you will be eligible before applying.

Best of luck
