CPC-M started to review additional documents provided (GC Key update) - November 14th, 2018
File transferred from CPC-M to New Delhi (AOR3) - November 14th, 2018
FROM above I can guess they looked at all docs U sent but had a small Q or doubt which can ONLY be clarified at her VO, so they sent file to NDVO
And NDVO did not take too many months about 3-4 months
they decided to see her. DO NOT worry at all. OK? It is matter of 1000 $ return ticket>that only if interview takes place at NDVO otherwise here. Let them decide.But if I were at your place I would go with her,; even at the interview so that NDVO if needed they can call you inside and decide better rt there
Your winning this interview; chances are v great as U guys are living together already, which is better than phone calls records.What else would they want!
NDVO has sent pre-arrival to members who are waiting over a month but no action
Pre-arrival could be system generated after V/officer OKays all. But then it is up to next Visa issuing clerk's desk how badly he is overloaded or something. I would not book but only look around for air ticket unless PPT reaches home with a stamp. May it be more expensive ticket.

Good man that's the way to do things properly. It will really help in the case when she would say "Guru is waiting outside or in the hall" depends if they allow you in the Embassy.
