Yes, and I actually got my CoPR a few hours ago. Not received it in the post yet but my application is now marked as complete and there's a letter in my profile to take to the border.

I sent two pictures of myself, a scan of my passport and a letter of explanation to the Canadian High Commission in London.

Looking for a bit of assistance... I had my medical on Thursday and as far as I know, all went well. At the reception I filled the information form and the receptionist asked me if I was applying as a Student, Worker or for a Visa. As I was doing the medical upfront and am applying for CEC, I ticked worker...

I'm now slightly concerned that was incorrect and should've actually ticked "Visa" for the forms she required. At the time it didn't occur to met that Permanent Residency is likely considered a type of visa.

Any thoughts?

That's what you need for express entry under FSW, so imagine it's probably the same for CEC

Yeah, looks like it's more the Non-EDE/EDE part that's important, rather than Student/Worker/Visa. Thanks for checking!

Morning everyone.
Just want to throw this out to the group because I'm freaking out a little.

So,I checked CIC this morning (as usual) and I know there's a system update today. My profile on the homepage said 'profile uploded/updated. When I clicked into my profile nothing had changed (39 days to go on 6 month SLA). When I came out of it, it had changed back to 'submitted'.

No messages have come through. I don't think this is a ghost update, but could be wrong.
Any ideas? Is this just due to the system update? A ghost update or is it just wishful thinking?
