I called the international call number +14161452000 a lady replied that most applications are still under processing and review that she can't put a stipulated time to when I will receive my LOA. Though I'm re-replying after my visa was delay and refused. Due to lack of asset and financial status even though I've paid my school fees. I'm worried !

sorry to hear about your refusal? which session did u apply for? paying full school fees or part doesn't guarantee a visa. Your sponsor financial status and relationship matters and more evidence to show for your living cost and others. You can request for your CAPS note to get more info of your refusal so you can reapply if you want to and getting the right documents as well.
