Anyone know how long will it take to receive COPR after pre arival ???

It depends on application. There are some applicants who are waiting for almost 3 months. But it could be within weeks

19 June app and file started processing in Delhi on 18th Jan. No update after that. Has anyone heard if file transferred to NDVO in Nov. 2018 received PPR? Because I think NDVO works on when file was received there and not when we applied. But, experts here can confirm this and if that is true then we might have to wait little more (depending on background check).
