I haven’t got ITA yet! I’m at 438! But when I was about to send transcripts to WES , I had this thought in mind in this forum itself, this has been discussed: people suggest that after receiving the ITA , on the time when we apply , we have to upload One and the Same affidavit saying both names are same person and that is enough!! This we can do after getting the ITA by a notary ))

yes I believe the same. Getting frustrated every minute. Hope there is no freez to the procedure

i doubt..though they might be trying to clear alot of backlogs of applications..who knows??

The ones below 440 are getting screwed both ways no draw and then when it will eventually happen it will be over 450 and if Ontario issues pnp during that time we are anyways not being considered

You can go and tell notary person make an affidavit with "One and same name". usually Notary guys are found near Court premises else you can check nearby places, there will somebody which sells stamp papers, you can get there.

Awfully pessimistic, Abhishek. Still plenty of time in the day for the draw to be announced, at least another 4 hours.

Remember that, logically speaking, they have an increased target number of ITAs to be issued in 2019. There will be back-to-back draws in the near future, stay positive!

Ray of Hope became Ray of Desperate. Chillax Guys.. Lot of time for the draw. If not today, You can count there will be a chance for tomorrow as well. Hang in there. Sit tight. No point in pressing the F5. You will get eventually get notified. I am waiting for the draw as well. CRS 449. Fingers Crossed.

I am looking for guidance with my issue.. kindly advise me about how to address the issue. My issue is that, I had recently had my wes evaluation done and obtained the report as well, but in the report it has been mentioned as follows, " The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name mentioned above" this is because of the practice of using initials and in the passport my initial has been expanded as my surname...
So now what is it that I have to do to prove that I am the same person. Is there any additional documents do I have to submitted to prove my self as myself... Kindly advise me.. thanks in advance.

1. Please provide details in the Letter Of Explanation as below. This is the format but you change the way as per your details.

Educational Credential Assessment Report: WES

The naming convention in academic educational documents and certificates from India would have my last name ”AAAAAAAAA" along with my first name "BBBBBBBB XXXXXX". So all my educational certificate name mentioned as "BBBBBBBB XXXXXXX AAAAAAAAAA". World Education Services(WES) Assessment document# 1234567IMM was expanded and stated as "BBBBBBBB XXXXXXX AAAAAAAAAA".
Note: Affidavit has been uploaded along with Education documents.

2. Get a affidavit and notarized from the lawyer. Make sure you get proper seal from lawyer and while uploading also ensure its properly scanned without missing any signature.
