GCMS says that they requested for Birth Certificate and received date is blank. All the action on my file happened after that, which includes medical request, file transfer here and there. I am clueless that without getting the response back on birth certificate, how did they request the Medical and transfer my file to CPC & NDVO.
I am not able to link my paper application with GCKey as it always gives same message " We found no applications". I have raised a case specific inquiry under technical issue section and IRCC agent have requested me to send the screenshot of information entered and the error page. I have called call-center many times in past one month, it just reads the application status as an automated message but when try to connect to agent, it says expecting higher than normal call volumes and can't connect your call to an agent.
I have raised another case specific inquiry under different section explaining the information for document requests as per GCMS notes and for which i never received any email. Also I have explained them the documents submitted with application instead of birth certificate as per the guidelines from country specific requirement section. Now lets see what they will respond.
