Am I the only one getting a second ghost update? Do anyone know what that means?

I called CIC yesterday and agent asked me to call back after I completely my 19 months. He said if you still want me to look into ur file then I have to leave a note that ur file was accessed. This sound weird to me! And I asked him to go ahead and check for me please. Agent told me that last time ur file was seen by officer was last week, 4th feb and they reviewed ur medical as it is going to expire soon. I questioned him, can they ask for medical again and he said will let u know soon. I don’t know what they r doing with our files

I called CIC too yesterday, they said we can only do anything if your 19 months are complete. they don't give proper information , they just read the notes that we also see in our ECAS and told us too wait.

YNP 14th Sep 2017 applicant with ghost update on 18th Dec 2018. Upfront medical on 24th Apr 2018 but Still no DM nor PPR yet . Ecas in process.

What I am really interested in is just whether or not different applicants' cases are allocated into different VOs,if so,shall I contact with the VO handling our cases directly to know exact status of our cases,for you know,these CIC stuff just give the same answers to us without any innovations,u know that,it is definitely run of the mill.The fact is those with AR schedule later than me just got ppr which does not illustrate any similar ppr uniform time to all cases.Just waiting is boring and can not find some way out to get into the bottom of this situation...

is it possible that the application number (starting with EP)attributes to the priority of case processing?u see,EP0027 EP0028 EP0029 EP0030.......does it make sense?who knows?

This is freaking stressful.
September applicants already getting DM and PPR, but some August applicants did not. (including me)
What the heck is going on?!
