almost 7 months now..... eligibility still under review... god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what should I do with cic people
what is your title, and does your duty match with your title? if yes, is your employment letter qualified? by qualified I mean it has the company letterhead, stated all the details of your position etc? From my GCMS Note, My current employment in Employment History section status shows Rejected. I could not understand how ongoing employment status can be rejected? It seems relevant to NOC as well.. Kindly help!
This kind of response from CIC shows too little respect, I would wait just fine if they were being clear about the applications in limbo. This wait is honestly starting to drive people mad.
Yes, NOC2173 and my titles in 4 different companies are like Junior Technical Associate, Senior Testing Executive, Programmer and presently Technical Architect.what is your title, and does your duty match with your title? if yes, is your employment letter qualified? by qualified I mean it has the company letterhead, stated all the details of your position etc?
This right there is the issue with your documentation. As per analyst you have not declared duties in the employment reference document.PA has no declared duties in Primary NOC
The issue in your documentation seem to be with job duties so you probably need to sort that out.1) What would be this forum's recommendation on my next steps based on the below GCMS notes?
It is irrelevant2) During submissions, our passports did not have latest US visas stamped as visa extension was in progress which later came through (USCIS check does indicate NRT in the GCMS notes).
There is a review required on funds. I'm guessing because you showed an investment account. if you already have enough funds in a savings / deposit account provide that and keep things simple3) I am fairly confident on the funds availability though I am unsure whether I should resubmit the funds proof from the bank with the highest deposit which should be sufficient to meet the requirements.
It could very well be a problem. I have seen RR cases on this forum due to missing dates. If you are planning to resubmit documents for job duties make sure there is date on those.4) My experience letter doesn't contain date - not sure if that will be a problem.
