Course change within same college

Hi everyone, I have applied for course CSAC course in Lambton toronto.
I received the offer letter and paid the fees as well.

My question is Can i change my course as I want to move to CCBT course in Lambton Toronto itself.
Both courses are 2 years and with coop.

Will it affect my PR or Work visa?

Is their any senior who already did this?
If yes then what is the process?

Any guidance will be very much appreciated.

My intake is September 2019.

Your college admin will take care of this. As it's within same college you don't need to inform IRCC also.
