Regarding PGWP

So today I got my study visa and i have question to ask and it is -my study visa is from jan 22 2019 to dec 30 2019 and if i go according to my program it is a 2 year program this means 16 study months and 3 or 4 months break after 2 semesters so in this way i will not have any extra time to apply for work permit will i be facing anykind of problem while applying for the work permit

When does your program start in May?
jan 22 2019 to dec 30 2019 =11 months this does not even cover the two year program so you will have to get a study extension….I dont know why you didnt receive a two year study permit instead of 11 months which is strange.
After you extend the permit for your second year then once your studies are finished you will have some time to apply for pgwp.

My bad my study permit is valid till 30dec 2020 even then i dont have any time to apply for pgwp and wait for the decision by staying in canada is it a problem

You don't need to wait until graduation to apply for your pgwp.
Once your program is finished, and you have the required credits, you can apply. You'll need an official letter from your school/university that states you've completed all your program requirements and are eligible to graduate.
Upload your grad diploma/degree once you've received it using the cse form.

You only need study permit to apply for PGWP not wait for the decision, if you dont have enough time you can apply for 3 month extra "bridging" study permit a few month before your permit expires.

This is what the cic says: "

• have a document from your school (transcript, official letter, certificate, etc.) that confirms you completed and passed all your program requirements"

Grad ceremonies usually are scheduled almost 2 months after the program completion and some schools don't give the diploma/degree right away.
I'd applied about a week or two after my classes ended. I received my diploma more than 2.5 months later.

2- can apply gor PGWP when i complete the required credits.

You can apply for bridging extension before sp it expires, talk to your school I believe you need to include an explanation letter.

You can apply for PGWP with confirmation of graduation letter and transcripts, ask you school exactly which letters you need.

Graduation is not to be confused with convocation which is where you get a diploma and get to dress up.
