Actually some of my wife’s (the PA’s) forms was dated and signed 90 and more days ago. But i received an AOR yesterday. Hopefully they will not return it to me.

When people received Biometrics request was it email or message through CIC log in? It says on my details of application page that I do not need them but Background check is being processed.

Thanks! Congrats to you too! I actually was home sick and was thinking it would be a welcome treat if I got some updates, so it was very nice timing!

Also, just checked eCAS this morning and now it says "Decision Made" under sponsorship application status, which I take is a good sign (I hope I'm not the exception to that rule!). Everything seems to suddenly be moving very fast at Sydney, which I'll gladly take since the Vienna office we'll be sent to next is usually really slow

Please help, really sad we wasted two months and then I got my application returned today it was submitted in December 1st. My signatures and all the paperwork is dated from September 30th (within the 90 day period when the application was submitted). Do I have to redo the whole application? all the statements and everything and resign it? It is now well passed the 90 day period..

Did you get AOR prior to them returning it back? Coz that happened to me. It's frustrating but let's be positive don't stres yourself too much

I got an email alerting me that there was a message in my CIC/GCKey account and when I logged in the biometrics request was there.

Good morning everyone. So i have a question. We submitted our application december 17 and the received it on the 19th. No aor yet. But my question is that my husband’s police clearance was from may 2018 but it says on it that its valid till may 2019. Will our application be returned?! Or will they just ask for a new police clearance? Im getting scared now!

We sent our application in late November but just received our AOR.

So I think there is good news for us. I haven't received AOR on my email yet, but I tried checking the Client Application Status and was able to get in with the receipt number. It says this so I'm hoping this means they didn't return the application. So excited!

I was able to find application on ECAS! It says in process under sponsor and applicant. I used receipt number and sponsors details.

Also linked Application to GCKey using applicants UCI number from previous IEC visa!

I know until we get actual AOR it could still be returned, correct? This just means they are looking at it?
