Hi. Did anyone make a mistake and get called out on it at the interview? I just realised I mixed up the years on three occasions but the date/month are correct. I gained a day (pre/post PR) but I'm worried that they will give me a residency questionnaire at the interview instead of explaining myself.

I am not sure how far along the process you are and whether you have been invited for the test/interview yet.
Here are some options,
1) You can submit a revised version of the date calculator to them. Expect some delay.
2) Wait till the interview day and explain honestly when they asked. In my case, they checked every single stamp on my passport and compared it with the date calculator so I think there is very slim chance they would miss it or not notice.
If you were already invited for the test/interview, your best bet is option 2.
