My gosh! This seems not right. Some of the September guys already getting Decision Made and many August applicants did not receive decision made.
Why the heck is that? (I am also August applicant who is also waiting for DM.)

My CIC changed today to " Final decision Your application was approved". PPR on Jan 31, passport received in Ottawa Feb 4. Return envelope is not active yet.

Mine too, I have been checking the return tracking number all day

Passport received in Ottawa on February 4, it seems that applicants from visa exempt country get landing paper back quickly, 2-3 days give or take.

DM and ppr same time! I just went on the website after getting an email, it was changed to DM

Cic is clearing all August applicants right now, saw a lot August applicants receiving ppr.
