Dear Zuber Jamil:
On behalf of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, I would like to acknowledge receipt of your correspondence.
I recognize why you have written to the Prime Minister and asked for assistance; however, I hope you will understand that he is unable to personally intervene in this matter.
In your correspondence, you raise an issue that falls within the portfolio of the Honourable Ahmed D. Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship. I have therefore taken the liberty of forwarding your email to Minister Hussen for information and consideration.
Thank you for taking the time to write.

You will also get a reply(which you can't email back) from MInister of Immigration saying that your file is still under processing. Nobody seems to bother at all. I don't think email to prime minister or minister of immigration is a problem. CIC completes applications when they want to do.

I'm actually someone already landed but my girlfriend is still waiting.
It's so hard to watch her getting hopeless and devastated day by day.
She applied in early Feb in 2017.
The medical exam was done upfront, passed, no updates since then.
She changed her job later in 2017 and the background check is still in process.
Since the medical exam is going to be expired soon, should we expect a second MR?
We're so lost with the employer being harsh on her too.
