Started to fill up my application for BC EE PNP

But I encountered the below question question
When does your spouse/common-law partner’s status document expire?

My wife is a citizen, so she doesn't have any expiry date on her citizenship and the date field is *Required.
Any ideas on how to work around this question.

Any help is much appreciated!

I included all my certificates from bachellors and post degree that I did in Brazil that contributes to my professional knowledge. I am International Graduate applicant, I submitted 21 days ago, still waiting for nomination.

I am going to be applying under EEBC PNP Skilled Worker, I have all the job offer forms etc from my future employer (no LMIA in the hopes of receiving Provincial Nomination and not needing an LMIA).

I am just confused about filling in the Express Entry profile from IRCC first, do I state that I have a valid job offer but no LMIA or do I say no job offer until I have received the provincial nomination?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can get a specific update as to which part of the application they are checking.

I have questions, i would highly appreciate if you can answere .

- I am wondering if I could apply PR under both Express Entry and PNP at the same time. I have already got PNP ( Paper based)application - it will take up to 19 Months to process going further !!!!!
meanwhile This coming June I will complete one year Canadian Experience and my score Under EEBC will be around 107. So I am thinking about doing both programs at the same time. Is it possible to do that?
I do not want to loss or risk the Province nomination in case i cancel and anything happen with the EEBC.
