@arte did you get Annex A for your dependent too? I have Annex A only for me, I am the primary applicant. @cansha I think you mentioned on June thread you got separate Annex A for all dependents. Should I call them?

Hi, I sent an email to cpc-sydney-fsw@cic.gc.ca and got the response within 24 hours.

Thanks. Surprisingly this email I'd had asked me to raise CSE and other onw didn't reply at all.

They just responded that my request is in queue for PPR and to raise a CSE for future requests.

Nopes .. I said all dependent names and UCI codes were mentioned on Annex A. There is only one Annex A.

Did you pay RPRF up front or chose to pay it later?

This is exactly what the agent told me too. June 6 is the maximum date assigned to my application. My AOR 8th Sept FSW-O.

It doesn't really matter. Many people mentioned that in their case details of only primary applicant were mentioned. No harm in confirming though.
